Check in & Pick up

Check In
Our nursery staff arrives early to prepare their classrooms. Children can be checked-in 10 minutes prior to Sunday worship and other scheduled activities. For Check-In:

1. Parents must sign their children in on the computer prior to dropping them off in the nursery.
2. Parents, please hand children over the half door, or for older children, open the door and close it immediately. (One child at a time please.)
3. You will be given your child's security card before you leave.

Pick Up
Upon picking up your children:

1. You must present your copy of the security card to the nursery staff member. Under no circumstances will a child be released to a sibling under 18 or to a designated adult without the security card.
   
2. Please make sure that you sign your child out on the computer prior to leaving.
   

Security
Security is of the highest priority for our nurseries, and for that reason, our nurseries employ a security system for the protection of your children. When you register your child, you will be given a security card to fill that includes a security number. These cards should be filled out for each individual child in the nursery.

In the event that you need to be called to the nursery, your number will be visually paged in the Sanctuary and Family Center. If you are not located in either of these areas, a nursery staff member will come find you.

When you drop your children off in the nursery, you will be given your security card(s). These cards must be presented when you pick up your child.
