Coaches

Our Kids Zone Coaches are the small group leaders in the Children's Ministry.

Our Coaches have a commitment to excellence exemplified by:

• Partnering with parents to help children mature into dynamic followers of Christ,
  
• Modeling their faith & continuous growth in their own spiritual formation,
  
• Praying for the children in their small group & their families as well as staff & co-leaders,
  
• Investing enough time in the lesson to bring a personal & creative touch to each class, guiding children towards Biblical truths & an understanding of God's love for them, and
  
• Commiting to showing up every week at least 15 minutes before class begins, excited to be a safe place for children & parents to ask questions & feel supported, and making leadership meetings a priority with consistent attendance.

Our vision is to partner with parents through the milestones of faith:

• Baptism
• 1st Grade Worship
• 3rd Grade Bibles
• Confirmation
• and more!

Side by side, parents and coaches will lead our children to Know God, Love God and Worship God.
