Dr. Davis Chappell, Senior Pastor I am currently in my 10th year as senior pastor here at FUMC Lawrenceville. I earned Bachelor degrees in Psychology at Martin College and Lambuth College in Tennessee. I attended Candler School of Theology at Emory University, where I earned my Masters of Divinity degree. I also recently completed my Doctorate of Divinity, in the areas of evangelism and church renewal, at Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. I have served in pastoral appointments in the North Georgia Conference for the past 28 years. My wife, Sherre, and I have two wonderful children: Andrew, age 20, and Hailey, age 17. |
| Allen Hoskyn, Director of Evangelism I am in my third year here at FUMC Lawrenceville, and have lived in the Atlanta area off and on for the past 22 years. Before entering full-time ministry, I worked as a teacher and coach. I have degrees in Social Work and Middle School Education from Mars Hill College and Georgia State University. My wife, Aneta, and I have three children. |

| Rev. Sheri Smith, Minister of Congregational Care I grew up in Douglasville and attended West Georgia University. I am a Licensed Local Pastor currently studying at Georgia Gwinnett College in pursuit of a degree in Psychology and Counseling. Before serving on the staff here in Lawrenceville, I served at Duluth FUMC as Minister of Visitation and also at East Cobb UMC as Associate Pastor. My husband, Hugh, and I have a beautiful daughter, Sarah. My passions in life include congregational care, music and sharing Jesus. |

| Bill Steele, Director of Music I am a graduate of Texas State University, with a degree in French Horn performance. I've worked in the field of church music for 28 years, serving 18 of those years in Texas churches. The choirs and bell groups that I have directed over the years have produced 7 recordings, toured Europe twice and received invitations to sing at Carnegie Hall. My wife, Robin, and I have two children. |

| Lisa Johnson, Director of Spiritual Formation and Missions I am a native of Dunlap, Tennessee. I received my Bachelor degree in Education from Texas Women's University. In 2006, I completed my Masters of Divinity from Candler School of Theology. I taught for over 17 years in Gwinnett County Public Schools. My husband, Philip, and I have lived in Lawrenceville since 1987. Our family includes Ashley and Matt Overley, Laura and Allen Jones and granddaughters Claire and Meredith Jones. |

| Rev. Andrew Erwin, Minister to Students I am a native of Gwinnett County and a graduate of the University of Georgia, where I earned a Bachelor degree in Psychology. I attended Candler School of Theology at Emory University where I received a Masters of Divinity degree. I have been serving in local churches throughout my academic career, including working four years with the student ministries at Athens FUMC and here at Lawrenceville FUMC. Prior to rejoining the staff here, I served as the pastor in charge of New Hope UMC in the city of Between, GA. My wife, Kristen, and I feel incredibly blessed to be serving this wonderful community! |

| Cindy Walters, Director of Children's Ministry I grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, with a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education. I taught public school for 13 years, and, after moving to Georgia in 1988, operated a Licensed Family Daycare. As an Area Representitive for American Intercultural Exchange, I worked with foreign students and their host parents in the Atlanta area. My husband, Randy, and I have been married since 1975 and have two daughters, Kiley and Darika. |

| Robin Dill, Director of Grace Arbor I was born in Massachusetts and graduated from Clemson University. I am a Stephen Minister with a background in hospital pastoral care and experience as a recent caregiver. I have a passion for the elderly, Bible study and prayer and am excited about the ministry of Grace Arbor and the opportunities to work with incredible volunteers and staff. I have been married to my husband, Tom, for 30 years. We have two adult children, 1 dog and 3 cats. In 2009, I published the book, Walking with Grace, a manual to aid churches starting Congregational Respite Ministries. |

| Angel Schieber, Director of Kids Crossing Learning Center I have an Associates degree in Teacher Education, a Montessori diploma and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Argosy University. I expect to graduate in 2011 with a Masters degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. I have been married for over 17 years, and together we have four children. For fun, I love to go to the beach, watch my kids play, spend time with my family, shop and serve the Lord. |

| Jeff Poynter, Business Administrator I am a lifelong resident of Gwinnett County and a graduate of the University of Georgia, where I received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. I have worked in the field of banking and financial management for 22 years and began working at the church in the fall of 2010. My wife, Missy, and I have been members of the church since 1996, and we have two daughters, Katie and Riley. |
